Queen of Peace Monastery is about a 25 minute drive from Squamish, BC. We are about 18 kilometers from the Alice Lake Junction.
Please note: GPS and some map apps don't find us reliably (we hear that they send people to Whistler sometimes, and the Squamish Highlands other times) and most cellphones don't have reception or data in the valley.
On the Sea to Sky Highway (99 N) at the Alice Lake Junction you take the Squamish Valley Road. After crossing the Chekeye Bridge you stay left which remains the Squamish Valley Road. You wind through First Nations land and after about 15 kilometres you will cross a one way bridge.
Take the first right after the one way bridge, onto Cloudburst Crescent, and an immediate left on the driveway which will lead you up to the monastery.

*Please note: Occasionally, Mondays are community “hermit days” set apart for extra solitude and prayer. Our community’s liturgy is celebrated in private on these days, except for the public Mass. Thank-you for your understanding.
